Meeting Rooms
There are 14 bookable meeting rooms of various sizes. If you need a room for a larger event we can accomodate up to 50 guest in the Levante room, we also have a balcony that can can be booked. If you would like to book either of these room please email annie@combient.com
All bookable rooms contain a screen and webcam in them which you can connect to using USB-C or HDMI and USB-A cable.
Combient Hub members can book a meeting room using the Evoko Booking Portal, the Evoko Get A Room App and on the Evoko devices directly.
The Evoko devices, which are placed outside of all bookable rooms, allow you to book instant meetings. If you wish to schedule a future meeting you should use the Evoko Booking Portal or the Evoko Get A Room app.
To use the Evoko room booking system requires an account be created for you, once this completed you will receive your login credentials and a pin number, which you can use to authenticate yourself when booking instant meetings on the Evoko devices.

Guest Printing
We have a printer available for visitors to Combient Hub which can be accessed while connected to the Combient guest wifi network.
The printer is called Combient Guest Printer and is located in the reception area.

Food and Drink at Plattform Zenit
Tea and coffee are available from the machine in the kitchen and by the reception, we also have a kettle and filter coffee machine in the kitchen which you are welcome to use. There is a water tap which offers both still and sparkling water in the kitchen.
In the kitchen you will also find several microwaves and a fridge to store food and drinks in.
The Levante area by the kitchen has seating for a large number of people and you are welcome to eat your lunch here should you wish.

Emergency Exits
The emergency exits is the staircase by the elevators. Should the fire alarm sound, calmly walk towards the emergency exit and take the stairs to the ground floor.
