Windows Printing

If you need to print at Platform Zenit, there is a printer in the reception area you can use.

If you have the ability to install software on your laptop then please follow the instructions below, if you are not permitted to install software on your laptop there is a USB cable attached the printer which you can use.

IP: 10:10:6:253

Adding The Printer

Select “Start” and type “printers” in the search box.

Choose “Printers & scanners“.

Select “Add a printer or scanner“.

After some time your laptop should find the Zenit Guest Printer and you can simply click 'add' to setup the printer.

If you laptop does not find the printer then please wait a few seconds then click “The printer that I want isn’t listed” link

Select “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname” , then click “Next“.

Select “TCP/IP Device” in the “Device type” list drop down menu.

Type the IP address 10.10.6.253 and click “Next“.

Windows should find the correct driver for the printer, if it does not locate the driver for the "HP PageWide 477DW" and click "next"

Note: You do not see HP PageWide 477DW listed, click on "Windows Update" and Windows will update the list of drivers. Once completed look again for HP PageWide 477DW in the driver list and click "next"

In the next Windows a name -
Combient Guest Printer

Note: you can choose any name you like here, it's just to help you identify the printer

Chose "Do not share this printer' and click "next"

On the next screen, you can Print a test page and click on Finish
